But, it seems that it may in fact be true that when you change what you eat, you change what you crave.
After a fulfilling workout, I whipped together this little treat:

That is a boca burger on a whole wheat bun with pine nut hummus and fresh red and orange peppers.
It was outrageously good. I have also found that boca burger with avocado is phenomenal.
There was a time when nothing could compare with a cheeseburger. I think that time has changed.
