300+ Pages of Motivation

is what is currently motivating me to work out. My promise to myself is to work out every day this week (M-F) and then I can get my new MP3 player. Until then, I am excited to hit the gym so I can read some of this awesome collection of short stories.

Many people say they can't read while working out, but I find that I am somewhat successful--even on the elliptical, with all the bounce!

  1. I used to download books to listen to as I walked- made me wanna stay out longer! especially if it was a good book! :)
