Live Mindfully. Emphasis on FULLY.
Awesome! I really like your goal 'Live Mindfully'. It's so easy for me to go into auto pilot and just reach in the cabinet/fridge for whatever or just auto pilot and loaf. It's a good thing to life mindfully--thanks for the reminder!
