Yes, I'm in the 240's! It feels really good. I haven't been here in over 2 years.

Looks like the biggest loser workouts and meat minimum, vegetable maximum diet is working.
I'm pretty pumped!
Whoohooo! Great job on the loss! I like the term "vegetable maximum" I love bulking up meals & snacks with extra veggies. :)
