Yes, I'm in the 240's! It feels really good. I haven't been here in over 2 years.

Here's my losses:

-3.6 pounds
-.3 fat lost

Looks like the biggest loser workouts and meat minimum, vegetable maximum diet is working.

I'm pretty pumped!
